Slippers

Carpet slippers

The constant danger of sharp objects harming the foot led to the idea of appropriate slippers to be used on the carpet; also, the foot allergy to carpet fiber has led to the use of special slippers for the carpet.

Slippers in the pool and bath

The foot skin is subjected to pathogens (foot fungus) in water. Wet surfaces may also cause the foot to slip and cause serious damage to the human body and foot. Therefore, jelly and plastic slippers designed for humid environments comprise a significant part of the slippers market.

Hospital Slippers

These slippers are very similar to those that are used in humid environments, except, they are made of materials that are more resistant to hospital bacteria and reduce the spread of viruses.

Toe slippers

These types of slippers are very popular due to their ease of use and are also very diverse and popular. Research has shown that those who wear such slippers take shorter steps when walking and put their heels on the ground with a less vertical force; therefore, it is recommended to limit the use of such slippers in order not to injure their foot and cause inflammation in the tendons.
